RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items, are made to order, as fabric is on hand. Therefore, items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless there is a defect. Please contact us if there is a problem with any product that you receive within 2-3 days of receipt. If you are returning, item(s) MUST be returned in its original packaging, otherwise you will not be refunded.

In order to return an item please send an email to

and include the following information :

Date ordered
Date received
Image of defect
Reason for return

Important Notes:

• All products that leave our studio undergo a detailed quality control inspection and are approved for shipping.

• If your order is at all customized, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. For example : custom size , custom detail, etc.

• Final Sale items are non returnable / non exchangeable

• Color variations are common due to dyelot differences as well as computer screen differences, therefore we will not accept returns based on the fact that the color looks different than expected.

Exchanges are always welcome within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange.

• Please note that Little Design Co. is not responsible to pay for return shipping arrangements.

• Exchange merchandise must be in new condition, and subject to inspection by Little Design Co.

• We have the right to refuse a return/exchange in situations deemed necessary.

• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged : Custom Reverse & Edge Finish pillows, OCS X LDC collaboration items, Ottomans, and Final Sale

• Please note that your order can only be processed for an exchange one time. Once you have received your exchange items they are non-returnable.

• Colors may vary from how they appear on your screen. We highly recommend ordering a sample prior to purchasing to avoid exchanges and potential restocking fees.

• If your order is at all customized, no exchanges or returns will be accepted under any circumstances. For example : custom size , custom detail, etc.

within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not accept cancellations after this 24 hour period.
