Shipping & Lead Time

SHIPPING OF SAMPLES?

All orders for samples ship for $5 via USPS Priority in the Continental US. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order to be processed and shipped and 3 - 10 days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. 

SHIPPING FOR PILLOW COVERS?

All orders for pillow covers ship for $15 via FedEx Ground in the Continental US. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

SHIPPING FOR PILLOW COVERS WITH INSERTS?

All orders for pillow covers with inserts added ship for a $25 flat rate via FedEx Ground in the Continental US. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number. 

SHIPPING FOR BOLSTERS?

All orders that include a bolster ship for a $25 flat rate via FedEx Ground in the Continental US. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

SHIPPING FOR OTTOMANS?

All orders that include an ottoman ship for a $25 flat rate via FedEx Ground in the Continental US. Please see product description for production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE

-  All product descriptions state production time. 

-  All product descriptions state whether insert is included.

-  $15 and $25 flat rate shipping are for FedEx Ground service only. Expedited shipping does not qualify but will still be an option during the checkout process.

 - If expedited shipping is purchased, this will not speed up production time as all Little Design Co. products are made to order. In some cases we are able to speed up production, please email orders@shoplittledesignco.com with inquires regarding deadlines.

 -  All orders being shipped to an apartment/condominium, will have a Direct Signature Requirement. 

-  If you order pillow covers w/inserts and a bolster, you will only be charged the $25 flat rate shipping fee once.

-  If you order pillow covers w/no inserts and a bolster, you will be charged $25 flat rate shipping. 

- If your order is a multi box shipment it is possible the boxes will arrive to you at different times. Please allow up to 48 hours for all items in the order to arrive. 

-  Once the package(s) has left our facility, Little Design Co. is no longer responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you would like insurance or direct signature requirements on your package, please let us know as soon as the order is placed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Date of purchase + production time(business days) = ship date 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CANNOT LOCATE IT?

If you are unable to locate your package(s) please follow the steps below :

1. Check with surrounding neighbors 

2. File a claim with FedEx by going to: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html

3. If you are still having trouble locating your package please email orders@shoplittledesignco.com for next steps. 

 

Please note FedEx will not accept claims after 14 days of delivery

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE TRACKING NUMBER I RECEIVE IS NOT WORKING?

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be registered/scanned into the carriers system. After 48 hours, please email orders@shoplittledesignco.com
