How do I clean my panels?

We recommend professional dry cleaning.

Do the panels come with the hooks/pins installed?

Yes, hooks/pins are pre installed 1.5" down from the top.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT PANEL LENGTH I NEED?

Are panels sold as a pair?

No, our drapery panels are sold individually. We typically suggest two panels for one window. 

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT PANEL WIDTH I NEED?

While we do not assist with sizing recommendations. For most standard windows we suggest a pair of 1.5 width panels

CAN I SEND THESE BACK TO BE MADE SHORTER?

No. Unfortunately after the pleating process has been completed we can not alter the length and or width whatsoever

DO YOU SELL HARDWARE?

Not at this time. 

CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM LENGTH?

Yes, if you are needing a custom length, please email for a quote. 

CAN DRAPES BE MADE IN ANY LITTLE DESIGN CO FABRIC?

Yes, we can make our drapes in a variety of our fabrics, please email custom@shoplittldesignco.com with details and our team will get back to you.

CAN DRAPES BE MADE IN COM?

At this time we do not offer drapes in COM (customer own material).

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR DRAPES?

Drapery lead time is 3-4 weeks from time of purchase. Fabric availability pending. 

THANKSGIVING DEADLINE : To ensure delivery by November 26th orders must be placed by end of day November 10th. 

CHRISTMAS DEADLINE : To ensure delivery by December 23rd orders must be placed by end of day December 8th.

Deadline does not apply to pre-order fabrics, artisan fabrics, or upholstered items. Please email hello@shoplittledesignco.com for questions regarding availability or lead times.
