This item will ship via Fedex within 1 to 2 business days from time of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- All items, are made to order, as fabric is on hand. Therefore, items are non-returnable / non-refundable unless there is a defect. 

- Exchanges are welcome within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange. 

- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged : Custom Reverse & Edge Finish pillows, OCS X LDC collaboration items, EH X LDC items, Bed & headboards, Ottomans, and Final Sale

- International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
